FUN fat-burning WALKING Workout | ~ 2,000 Steps in 17 Minutes | Walk to The Beat!

Healthy adults move an average of 10,000 steps a day. With walking / step workouts, you can get all of your steps in right at home!

The average person can walk a mile in about 2,000 steps.

This fat-burning, fun walking workout will get you to just under 2,000 steps in 17 minutes. This one goes quickly! You’ll walk to the beat, and there are cues for the upcoming movements, so you’ll never feel lost. Even though you’re only stepping, this routine is still intense enough to make you break a sweat!

Full disclosure: this was a repeatedly requested workout, so I made it, but I felt really embarrassed while filming this. This is the kind of workout I’d typically shut myself in a bedroom to do, but this time I filmed it and uploaded it on the internet! I did so for three reasons:

1) I made this because a subscriber named Warde Cell asked me to make it.
2) I want to hold a walking club with the senior citizens who live in my new neighborhood every Monday morning, and this feels like a good first step.
3) If you look at the top left corner of your screen, you’ll see a step-counter. I had to manually cut and type in each numbered step. It took me a full day and a half to edit it, so there was no way I was going to toss this video after doing that.
