Hey guys! This is a great workout to burn some calories and a great exercise to kickstart your day off with. This is an at home whole body workout routine that is great to burn some fats. Make sure you eat a well balanced diet, stay hydrated and get lots of of sleep if you’re trying to lose weight or even stay in shape.

This is a great workout for beginners and even for advanced people who just want to get their heart rate up and burn some calories. You can make this workout more challenging by doing more reps and even more sets.

We’ve got 4 exercises 10 reps each except for the plank with is 30 seconds.
The Exercises:
1. 10 Push -Ups
2. 10 Bird-Dog
3. 30 second Plank Hold
4. 10 V-ups
