Warm up to prepare the body for exercises ahead. Resistance training in 2 groups that we will repeat twice through of 5 exercises with 10 repetitions per exercise for strength to tighten and tone up we are transitioning quickly so rest as needed and 30 seconds of rest between rounds. Cardio fat burn of 4 exercises with 45 seconds on and 15 seconds of active rest in 2 cycles. We will end our session with a cool down and stretch to reduce soreness and improve flexibility and range of motion. It’s a short quick workout so push yourself as much as you can to keep moving.
