4 minutes of progressive bodyweight training can be done anywhere anytime.
This exercises will help you to burn your fats as well as strengthen your muscles.
Also help you to increase your muscle endurance and cardiorespiratory endurance.
Perform this exercises for 3 to 4 days in a week.

Exercises

1. Squats
2. Bicycle crunch
3. Push-ups
4. Running plank
5. Burpees
6. Back extension

Each exercise to be done for 30 secs
With 10 secs rest time.

Perform 3 to 4 sets of exercises depending on your capability.
