This Video is about Full Body high Intensity workout where i will demonstrate 6 high intensity exercises, which can be done 45 seconds on and 15 seconds off back to back. Do 4-5 rounds with 1 minute break in between each round. It will help you to burn fat and gain strength endurance and stamina. Do this workout at least once or twice a week to get desired results.
