Welcome to 2021! I am so happy to be back and able to produce content for you all.
I am not obvs my normal looking self and cannot do every single movement right now, due to being 3 months postpartum, but I am doing what I can and so happy to be!
This first workout is all about fat burning and cardio! We are doing 1 circuit and repeating it 3 times in total for our workout today.
