Today’s full body HIIT is going to be intense! For this workout we will do 3 rounds of each exercise. Once you complete 3 rounds you will not see the exercise again. 40 seconds of work with 20 seconds of rest between each move.
What You Need:

Water
Dumbbells of your choice
