Tabata is a form of High Intensity Interval training.
If you have less time to do hours of gym workouts or cannot manage to use steady state cardio equipments, then you can easily do some Tabata workouts.
It doesnot take a long time to do it. But is highly effective in burning fat, building some muscle endurance, raise your metabolism and heart rate.
Some 10 exercises were selected as a list and we did our tabata protocol in 3 rounds.
