YOU HAVE TO DO THIS WORKOUT IN A CIRCUIT FASHION FOR 30 SECS ON AND 30 SECS OFF.
YOU HAVE TO GO FOR 4 TOTAL ROUNDS
THIS WORKOUT HAS 4 EXCERCISES (GIVEN IN THE VIDEO)

HOW TO PERFORM THE WORKOUT-

FIRST PERFORM THE 1ST EXCERCISE FOR 30 SECS AND THEN TAKE A BREAK FOR 30 SECS AND WHEN YOUR 30 SECS BREAK IS OVER THEN IMMEDIATELY START WITH THE 2ND EXCERCISE AND PERFORM IT FOR 30 SECS AND THEN TAKE A 30 SECS BREAK AND THEN AFTER THE 30 SECS BREAK IS OVER THEN IMMEDIATELY START WITH THE 3RD EXCERCISE FOR 30 SECS AND THEN TAKE A 30 SECS BREAK AND WHEN THE 30 SECS BREAK IS OVER THEN IMMEDIATELY START WITH THE 4TH EXCERCISE FOR 30 SECS AND THEN ROUND 1 IS OVER.

AFTER THIS REPEAT THE WORKOUT FOR MORE 3 ROUNDS.
