Hello, everyone! I’ve prepared for you today a Tabata Workout! It’s one of my favorite workouts because it’s challenging, it’s efficient and it really makes you sweat.
Let me know below what you think. Join me in this 20 minute Tabata Bodyweight Workout. You don’t need ANY gym equipment. The timer is included so all you have to do is keep up the pace with me.
Tabata is 20 seconds of work, with 10 seconds of rest, for 4 minutes. Each of these movements you’re going to do for 4 minutes, rest 30 sec and go to the next movement.
