1️⃣ STAR JACKS 4X20 SEC.⁣
2️⃣ KNEE TO ELBOW CRUNCH 4X20 SEC.⁣
3️⃣ SPLIT LUNGE ALTERNATING WOOD CHOPPERS 4X20 SEC.⁣
4️⃣ PULSE REP GLUTE THRUSTS 4X20 SEC.⁣
5️⃣ KNEE CRUNCH 4X20 SEC(PER SIDE)⁣


HOW TO PERFORM:🔥⁣
You will do 1 set for 20 seconds, rest 10 seconds then go to the next set for a total of 4 sets. Repeat for the rest of the exercises! ⁣
