Fat Burning Soup

Fat Burning Soup ( used for heart patients to lose weight rapidly, usually before surgery)

2 Cans of chopped tomatoes
2 packages of soup mix
2 Green Peppers
6 Large Onions
1 Large Cabbage
1 Bunch of Celery
6 to 8 cans of water

Season with Salt, Pepper, Basil, Paprika,
Parsley,
Beef or chicken cubes and hot sauce.
Boil for 10 minutes, continue to simmer until vegetables are tender.
Eat soup anytime you are hungry. This soup will not add calories. The more you eat the more you lose.
Day 1 you can eat fruit but no Bananas
Day 2 You can eat all vegetables, green leafy vegetables, no fruit.
Day 3 Eat fruit and vegetables but no potatoes
Day 4 Bananas and skimmed milked
Day 5 Beef (100gr) and tomatoes
Day 6 Beef and veggies
Day 7 Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juice and Vegetables

If you drink alcohol go off the diet for 24 hours. After day 3 you should have a surge in energy. Definite No-No’s Bread, Alcohol, Carbonated drinks including diet drinks and fried food. If you lose more then 6.8kg in seven days stay off for 2 days. This seven day eating plan can be used as often as you like.
