This is a recipe developed for hardcore far burning, immune system and digestion. I understand that for people who are just starting out this might be too intense of a change. I suggest adding different fruits, such as blackberries, strawberries, blueberries, cherries or bananas to sweeten the recipe. All ingredients are pretty macro friendly and will still boost immune system.
