What’s up everyone?! Today’s workout is going to be a fat burning HIIT workout. We are going to keep it moving with this fat burning no repeats HIIT workout. No equipment will be needed so grab your mat and water and get ready to sweat.

Workout setup:

40 seconds of work with 20 seconds of rest between each move. Once you do a move, you will not see it again. 🙂

The number of calories burned is based on the calories I burned according to my Apple Watch. Actual calories burned may vary from person to person based on factors such as age, gender, and the intensity you perform each move.
