Here comes Day 8 of our first challenge of 2021!
For the 8th day of the Get Shredded 2-Week Challenge, we’re working on our lower abs. Nice.
All of the exercises in this video will help strengthen our core and / or our obliques (lower abs). If you need a break during any of these exercises, feel free to stop and pet your dog.
I strongly recommend warming up and cooling down before and after every workout.
