Sean here and I am back again with another Tabata Routine. I hope you have exercised, because this one is an intense one. Get Ready … in 3 2 1 !
The exercises are:
1.Round: JUMPING JACK
2.Round: MODIFIED JACK
3.Round: FLY JACK
4.Round: LUNGE JACK
5.Round: CROSS JACK
6.Round: JACK BURPEE
7.Round: FULL PLANK JACK
8.Round: VENTRAL JACK
Congrats you made it through! If you believe that this routine was too easy, just add more sets. A set is done after completing all 8 rounds.
I personally do 6 rounds to burn a lot of calories.
