HIIT (high intensity interval training) is very effective for burning fat. Just spend 20 minutes a day to do this workout and you will see the results soon! Yes, it will be very sweaty and harsh session (I always feel that I’m gonna die LOL) – but that’s so worth it. And even if you are very busy and don’t have much time during the day, you can always find 20 minutes for this training.
HITT allows you to burn fat even after you finish the workout. Such a great bonus!

It’s very important to have a look at contraindications and learn how to perform exercises properly in order to avoid injuries.
HOW TO PERFORM:
There is a superset of 4 exercises. You have to do each one for 1 minute without rest between exercises. And then you have a 1 minute break. Then repeat the whole circuit 3 more times. So you will have 4 supersets and 20 minutes in general.
