Today I did a HIIT (High intensity interval training) Workout for legs, core & back. Perfect for fat loss.

15 Min, As many rounds as possible
1 Round:
6 Pistols (for beginners: support with holding a rack/box, alternat. 8 jump squats)
12 Kettlebell Swings
30 Split Lunges (alternat.: Lunges)
30 Climbers
20 Cals. Air Bike (alternat.: 1Min Run in place)
30 Sec. Rest

Lower the reps if it’s too hard.

Acai Bowl:

Into a blender-bottle:
2 Pouches (200G) Acai Pureé (Switzerland: buy at alnatura)
1 Scoop Protein Powder
2 Bananas
Add water (half of the bottle) and mix
Toppings: Blueberries, Orange, Kiwi, Granola, Coconut flakes
