HIIT WORKOUT

– 30 sec High Knees
– 30 sec Rest
– 30 sec Jump Squats
– 30 sec Rest
– 30 sec Mountain Climbers
– 30 sec Rest
– 30 sec Bicycle Crunches
– 30 sec Rest
– 30 sec Kneel to Squat

AB WORKOUT:

– 20 x Single Leg Extension
– 20 x Flutter Kicks
– 12 x V-Sit Bicycles
– 12 x Lying Leg Raises
– 12 x V-Sits (OPTION: Hand Assisted V-Sits)
