This weeks workout is a fat burning circuit that you can do at HOME or in the GYM. This will definitely get your heart rate up and burn some serious calories.

Circuit 1
✅Star-jumps – 30 seconds – 3 rounds
✅Pop squats – 20 reps – 3 rounds
✅Mountain climbers – 30 seconds – 3 rounds
Circuit 2
✅High knees – 30 seconds – 3 rounds
✅Push ups – 10 reps – 3 rounds
✅Plank jacks – 20 reps – 3 rounds
Circuit 3
✅Side step to jump – 15 reps – 3 rounds
✅Alternating toe touches – 12 each side – 3 rounds
✅Squat thrusters – 15 reps – 3 rounds
