FAT BURNING HIIT | Dumbbell Workout

This is an intense 12 minute workout that is going to get your heart rate up and help you burn that fat! All you will need today is a set of dumbbells, a yoga mat (feel free to do this without weights if you’re a beginner!), and some water to stay hydrated. Make sure you warm up before this workout to get your blood flowing and reduce the risk of injury. This is a shorter workout so follow along and push yourself and I promise you will feel amazing after.

Breakdown of the workout:
2 rounds: 40 seconds on, 20 seconds off
1) squat jacks
2) push up to renegade row
3) burpee with a curl
4) side squat side to side walks
5) squat punches
6) mountain climbers to high knees
