Workout

Circuit 1
1.) High Kness
2.) Squats

1.) Push ups
2.) Jumping Jacks

1.) Burpees
2.) Half Crunches

1.) Punches with High Knees
2.) Mountain Climbers

Do each exercise for 30 secs and rest for 15 secs in between. Repeat each exercise twice.
