[find a strip of carpet or turf and set markers for ~20 yards]
1. Plate Pushes
– down & back
2. Broad Jumps
– down, walk back
3. Inch Worm Burpees
– down, walk back
4. Kettle Bell Swings
– 20 reps
REST 1 MINUTE, then repeat circuit until time is up!
Set a timer for 10-20 minutes depending on your fitness level (:
