Fat Burning Cardio Workout
Cardio workout in circuit form! 9 exercises in a row 40 seconds each exercise with a 20 second break; we will go through it 2x BUT you will get a 1 minute break between circuits. THAN TO finish off we have a SPEED ROUND for Circuit 3; the same exercises BUT it’s 20 seconds for each exercise and a 10 second rest….it’s going to push you BUT YOU GOT THIS!!!
Have your water near by a small space in your house and get ready to MOVE!!!!
