Today’s workout is a sweaty one. I wanted to film a fun 15-minute cardio workout, that wasn’t repetitive and boring – so I filmed a 15 minute HIIT circuit, with 15 different exercises.
During the routine, every exercise will change so you feel motivated to continue sweating and burning calories. These are my favourite kind of HIIT circuits so I hope you enjoy.
You do not need any equipment for this and it can be done at home, or while you are on holiday! It is a full body workout so we are targetting every single muscle!
