Jumping jacks :-30″ exercise & 10″ to 15″ active rest then
Butt kicks :-30″ exercise & 10″ to 15″ active rest then
High knees :-30″ exercise then active rest 2′ to 3′ & get ready for next set.
Perform the exercise minimum 4 set once a day

Indication:-
✓Stomach should be empty
✓Try to perform the exercise in open air
✓To maintain the body fluid, subject can take a sip of water during the resting time.

Contraindication:-
✓ Cardio problem or any illness
✓ Pregnancy
