Fat Burning Cardio & Ab Routine


Cardio and Abs (Tuesdays & Thursdays)

20 minutes on the Stairmaster followed by 20 minutes on the treadmill

Cool down with a 5-10 minute walk before starting abs

Ab Routine:

Leg Raises- 12-15 times
Bicycles- 15 each side
Cross-Over Crunch- 15 each side
Penguins- 25 each side
Russian Twist- 25 each side
Plank- 1 minute

Repeat 2-3 times
