300 6 count burpees.
10 reps every minute for 30 minutes.
There are a lot of burpee variations but i have been working on this one for a few weeks now. This is a great workout to train not just your body, but your mind as well. Give this workout a shot if you want to burn those stubborn fats! As always, make your last rep look like the first rep! Keep them clean!
