Hey Guys!

I want to show you some of my favorite moves to reduce belly fat. I’ve been getting a lot of questions on this, so here’s two exercises to help: Burpees and Squat Jumps. They are also fun and easy to do outdoors

There are different variations for these, and I breakdown each for beginner and advance movements for each. You can try these as a low-impact movement or a high-impact movement.
