Fat Burning – Beginner Level

A simple and progressive body weight routine that can be done anywhere anytime.

Importante Note: Warming up your body before going all-out is crucial.

After each round, I recommend you to drink some water and get some rest for couple minutes before repeating the video again, I know it will be hard in a moment but hey, that’s how fat melts and to build a fitter & stronger you!

If at any point during your workout you begin to feel faint, dizzy, or have physical discomfort,
you should stop immediately and consult a physician.
