Upper Abs- 12/15 reps- 3sets

Lower Abs – 12 /15 reps – 3 sets
1) reverse crunches
2) Leg Raises
3) Flatter kicks
Side obliques – 12/15 reps – 3 sets
1) Toe Taps
2) Half wipers
3) Bicycle crunches
4) Sitting twists
