Toe reaches – 20 reps
V Alternating leg lifts – 20 reps
Sit up to Russian twist – 10 reps
Toe taps – 20 reps
V in and outs – 20 reps
V Hold – 20 seconds
Scissor kicks – 20 reps
Plank twists – 20 reps
