In this 20-minute no equipment Fat Burn workout, we’ll train using ‘heavy’ exercises mixed with POWER elements in order to maximize the EPOC effect. This means we’ll work as hard as we can during the exercises, letting our heart rates come down during the breaks. This will then enourage our bodies to maximize that caloric burn, continuing up to 24 hours after you finish your workout! HOW AMAZING IS THAT!!
