Easy 20mins Fat Burning HIIT workout

Hi Guys and Gals!

I have been producing several HIIT and Interval training and i think i have found the best variation / style now to bring the content to you guys to follow. It should be a lot easier now to follow the video and get your own workout done as well from home! Let me know in the comments below if there”s anything else i can do to make it better for you.

00:00 Start of workout
00:47 Set 1
05:22 Set 2
09:49 Set 3

The routine for this video is as follows;
1. Inch worms
2. Ab crunch ( modified variation)
3. Staggered push ups
4. Plank Pike
5. In out squats

30 secs working set
15 secs rest.

Rest for 1 min between sets.
Total 3 sets.
