Disabled Ugandan uses craft skills to set up home business [no comment]

After suffering from polio when he was three months old, Ugandan entrepreneur, Simon Lutaaya became disabled. He is unable to speak clearly today and has difficulty moving as a result. But through training he has found a way to use his limbs and start a business selling crafts he makes at home in Kampala.
