After two days of enjoying some much-needed stretching and low-impact exercise, we are going full-in today, with this Tabata fat burning workout. No equipment needed 😉
You will be performing 5 exercises in a circuit, 40 seconds on with 20 seconds off. Repeating the circuit a total of 3 times. This workout will help with weight loss and toning.
