We hope that you will have a blessed Christmas with family and friends. Unfortunately most of us normally eat to much over the festive season. Such delicious food. That is why we made this quick 10 minute fat burning workout to burn some of that extra calories consumed!
So in this workout we don’t need equipment, just a keen partner that would like to join you, but you can also do the workout alone.
This is a HIIT fitness workout with some shadow boxing. It is an easy workout that you can do anywhere at home or the gym or even the beach. If it was to easy for you and you still have lots of energy, then you can repeat it!
