I use my favorite book for Equipment and for this I fully understood how words can have the power to take your breath away.
MOVE AND DO THIS:
Without a gym by doing this routine every morning. It only takes 10 mins of your time.
I recommend switching up your workouts to give your muscles enough time to recover and to hit them from different angles.

• 8 total exercises
• 10 mins. workout 2-5 sets of each exercise
• 20 sec on /10 sec off /1 -2 mins extended break between exercises

Always check with a doctor before doing any intensive exercise, and start off slowly and build up your fitness to reduce the risk of injury.
