Get ready to work up a sweat! Today we are going through an intense 13 minute Cardio Ab Workout that will only take 13 minutes of your day. This is perfect if you are short on time and need to get the cardio in and want to target the abs. We have 12 different exercises 45 seconds on with 15 second breaks. This is going to move fast so try your best to keep up. If you have to move at a slower pace and modify, no problem. You can always hit the pause and come back.
