BUTT & THIGH FAT BURNING WORKOUT WITH MINI BANDS – This 40 minute leg and booty workout will tone your legs, build your booty and burn fat!
I’ve designed this leg workout at home with dumbbells and bands to also include a mini band HIIT workout so you can focus on building strength and muscle as well as blasting calories.
You’ll need a variety of weighted dumbbells and a mini band (optional) to complete this booty and thigh workout with mini bands. I used 1 set of 5kgs + 7kgs +10kg dumbbells but you may want to work with something lighter or heavier depending on your strength level.
There are 3 seperate circuits that make up this workout. Complete each of the circuits 2 x through for the time scheme prescribed. Have 30 seconds rest between circuits.
Circuit 1 – 2 Rounds x 50 secs work/10 secs rest
Circuit 2 – 2 Rounds x 45 secs work/15 secs rest
Circuit 3 – 2 Rounds x 40 secs work/20 secs rest
