Exercise description below.
EXERCISE 1:
Dumbbell Bicep Curl
Warmup with 5 reps on each arm using a weight that’s 40% of your max.
THEN
12 reps on each arm at max weight.
EXERCISE 2:
Barbell Bicep Curl
2 sets of 12 reps, increasing your weight each set.
EXERCISE 3:
Single Arm Preacher Curl
2 sets of 15 reps on each arm using a light weight. (Ryan uses an 8kg weight for this exercise)
