1. 15 reps x 5 sets with 45 seconds rest. .
2. 10 reps each side x 5 sets with 30 seconds rest 😎. .
3 & 4 Super set these two movements 20 reps (as heavy as you can ) x 6 sets with 45 seconds rest 😱πŸ”₯. .
5. 15 reps x 5 sets (Increasing the weight each set) 45 seconds rest
6. 15 reps x 5 sets with 30 seconds rest πŸ˜˜πŸ‘ŠπŸΌ
7 10 reps each arm x 5 sets & 8 10 reps x 5 sets, Super set these two movements
9. 10 reps x 5

I did some 10 minute abs circuit as my workout finisher
