I’ll take you through my 2 week shred workout routine that I do 3 times a week to see maximum results! But to get a flat stomach and burn your belly fat away quickly, you need to make changes to your diet too. 20x Side to side dips
20x Bicycle crunch
20x Side crunch (each side)
20x Knee to Elbow crunch
20x Reverse crunch

ADVANCED:
20x Raised Scissor Kick Variation
20x Double leg raise
20x 90 degree Reverse crunch
20x Bicycle crunch
20x Mountain climbers with a twist
20-60x Plank Jumping Jacks
10-20x Frog Jumps
30 second x Plank
20-60x High knees

ULTRA ADVANCED:
Repeat Warm up
20x High knees
20x Butt kicks
20x Star jumps
