This is fat burning excercise this exercise should be done in the morning.
The whole exercise shown in the video is 1set and this workout need to be done in 3sets.
Each sets contain 20s exercise, and there is rest time for 10s in between each exercise.
After each set there is rest time for 5 minutes.
