BACK AND BICEPS ROUTINE – DAY 1 (BUILDING LEAN MASS FROM HOME)

⚒Standing to Leaning Rows – 3 Sets (8 Reps)

⚒Hammer to Bicep Curls – 3 Sets (6-8 Reps/Arm)

⚒Single Rows To Flys – 3 Sets (8 Reps)

⚒Concentration x Hammer Curls (HOLD) – 3 Sets (6-8 Reps/Arm)
–
⚒Supinated to Pronated Grip Rows – 3 Sets (8 Reps) 3-Second Tempo
–
⚒Single to Double Side Curls – 3 Sets (6-8 Reps)
–
Rest Time: 1-2 mins between sets unless otherwise stated
