BACK and BICEPS Workout: Build Lean Mass at HOME (DUMBBELLS only) – 2020

This video is the first in my BUILDING LEAN MASS AT HOME series. On the first day of the 4-day split, I focus on building the Back and Biceps. Follow along for the rest of the routine!

BACK AND BICEPS ROUTINE – DAY 1 (BUILDING LEAN MASS FROM HOME)

⚒Standing to Leaning Rows – 3 Sets (8 Reps)

⚒Hammer to Bicep Curls – 3 Sets (6-8 Reps/Arm)

⚒Single Rows To Flys – 3 Sets (8 Reps)

⚒Concentration x Hammer Curls (HOLD) – 3 Sets (6-8 Reps/Arm)

⚒Supinated to Pronated Grip Rows – 3 Sets (8 Reps) 3-Second Tempo

⚒Single to Double Side Curls – 3 Sets (6-8 Reps)

Rest Time: 1-2 mins between sets unless otherwise stated
