Welcome to today’s At Home Tabata Workout! This 8 Minute Fat Burning Tabata Workout consists of 2 rounds of 4 exercises. We will complete an exercise twice before moving on to the next exercise. Each exercise will be performed for 20 seconds followed by a 10 second rest. After completing the 4 exercises, we will then return to the top of the tabata circuit for our second round. We are going to have fun today! Grab your water and let’s get to work!!

We have a great variety of exercises that will spike your heart rate and get your metabolism revving for the rest of the day! IMPORTANT: While this is an 8 minute fat burning tabata workout, remember that your work doesn’t stop here on the mat, your attention to nutrition is just as important as your exercise! Combining clean, balanced eating with your workout routine will really allow those results to show! I’m so proud of you for showing up today!!

Before any workout on the channel, be sure to warm up for at least 5 minutes – also have your water and sweat towel nearby. Take breaks when needed, this is YOUR workout and I’m so glad you took time out of your day to workout with me!
