This is a great little ‘Fat Burning’ workout for when you don´t have access to the gym, the weather is bad, there´s absolutely no place to train apart from where you are, ‘At Home’
All you need is one Kettlebell
50 Bodyweight Squats
If you want to take it to the next level decrease your rest periods and do the whole thing for time.
You can even increase the rounds and repeat 5 or 10 times through.
If you feel you cannot do it all unbroken, rest when you need too.
It´s ok, everyone is at different levels with their fitness, this is your journey.
