In this video I will be doing a fat burning boxing workout that you can do in the comfort of your own home. Follow along with the video or do it when you can.

At Home Boxing Workout:

Set your Tabata timer for:
15 Prepare (put your gloves on)
20 Work
10 Rest
8 Cycles
1 Tabata

For this workout we are going to even work on our 10 sec rest.
We will be doing Jumping Jacks. We will be doing 4 drills 2 times through.
Here is what the workout looks like.

Jab 20 sec
Jumping Jacks 10
Straight punch 20 sec
Jumping Jacks 10
Hook punch 20 sec
Jumping Jacks 10
Jab, Straight, hook 20 sec
Repat
