Let’s GO !!
This 20 minutes sweaty session is gonna help you burn some fat !
Today I have got an advanced level HIIT cardio workout for you for 20 minutes.
Let me breakdown the routine for you.
I have warmed up for 45seconds to 1 minutes (this really depends on your fitness levels, if you are a beginner I would suggest warm up more)
👉🏼 For warm-up you can check out my 5 min routine:
After warmed up well, I have performed each exercise for 45 seconds and only took rest in between for 15 seconds. Again these intervals can vary according to your fitness levels. If you are a beginner I would recommend 30 seconds working period and 30 seconds resting period. This workout is for advanced levels and has high impact.
I have used dumbbells to increase intensity of the workout. If you do not have any equipments, do not worry. You can just perform each exercise with your bodyweight. You will still feel your heart rate increasing and you start sweating.
After fat burning exercises, I have done 2 minutes cool down just to bring my heart level back to normal and also to stretch out my body. I would highly recommend doing cool down and stretching after your workouts in order to avoid injuries and to bring your heart rate down.
👉🏼 You can make this workout one of yours and change bit and pieces according to your preference.
You can also switch the type of training you doing in order to avoid plateau and to give your muscles enough time to recover and to hit them from different angles. If you want to challenge your body in another way:
