If you are an advanced trying to lose fat and don’t want to go to the gym, and you are looking for what to do but it all seems too easy for you, today i’m going to show you a Fat Burning Bodyweight Workout for Advanced that you can easily do at home, No Equipment needed, just your bodyweight!
With this fat burning workout you can train at home every day you have some free time! But this is HARD! Give to your body also some rest!
I suggest you to do a little 5 minutes warm up to let the blood starts flowing into muscles before start the workout.
Be ready to BURN some fat!
